Trimac Industries manufactures custom designed industrial pretreatment washers
as stand-alone machines or as part of a complete finishing system. Our high
or low pressure washers may use hot water, cold water or steam to clean, degrease,
descale, remove soil, oil, abrasives, debris, paint, corrosion or other contaminants
coming from a production line. Using a pressurized spray or immersion tank with
a detergent or cleaning agent, our machines can be designed in a single to multiple
stage configuration in either a monorail or belt conveyor design. Whether adding
a phosphatizing operation or having a need to pickle, seal or etch, our washers
can be custom designed to your exact specifications.
